A cozy stay with riverside charm
The warm hospitality was immediately apparent as we were greeted with smiles. Breakfast was a delightful surprise—so many options launched our day perfectly! The location, while a bit removed from the city center, offered a peaceful retreat along the River Ness.
The room, albeit comfortable, did show some signs of wear and tear that could use a bit of refreshing. Being slightly out of town meant we had to rely on our vehicle for exploring Inverness, which might not suit everyone.

Family with children, decent for the price
The hosts were really friendly, like you could have a beer with them after a long day. They even gave us recommendations that made our trip much better. The breakfast was quite decent, eggs and bacon were spot on, but those pastries. not so good.
It wasn't cheap, but that's about what you pay for these places.

The room offered a lovely view of the river, though the mattresses were softer than our preference. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the property itself was cozy and inviting, creating a homely atmosphere during our stay.

Just an excellent fit for a quick layover in Inverness with reasonable price. The rude staff member responded cheekily when asked about our urgency after a long drive. Don’t expect great service. check-in can take a while.

Family with children cozy space
We had this lovely double room at the front, it was spotlessly clean and it felt like home. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, and I didn't even expect that cheese omelette, which was a nice touch.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth it for the experience.

Hosts were accommodating, even adjusting check-in for our delayed flight, and the breakfast spread was diverse with delicious options. The room was cosy, featuring quirky decor and good facilities, making it a comfortable stay. the noise from adjoining rooms was noticeable, impacting our rest, and the decor felt a bit dated. While the food was enjoyable, some areas could use a refresh for a more appealing atmosphere.
